Two Requests

I have a rather unusual request. My sister and I had an argument tonight over whether I could squick her with H/W fanfiction; she claims to have "seen it all", but considering her age and the fandoms she usually looks in, there's no possible way for that to be true. So, I'm looking for something that squicked you. The only requirements are that the squick is sexual in nature (no all-out torture without sex, please) and that it's not a long, multi-chaptered epic.

And, as it turns out, there's a second request. Someone posted a fic awhile ago inspired by the writer nightdog_barks that was well and truly creepy. House was having dreams in which a great black dog kills Wilson, and questions the dog why he does it. The reply was something like, "If I don't, you will." Anyone remember this one?
