It'a little piece about House and how his disability affects his everyday life. It's more like a soliloque. I remember one scene where a Dr who hates House rushes to shake his hand on his first day back at the job and how House had to switch his cane from right to left and dropped the files he held in the process.

hi! I am looking for a fic where House and Wilson switch bodies due to a spell cast by a mother of one of House's past patients. (The spell's intent was to bring them together and was a gift from the mom to House to thank him for curing her son).
Can anyone find this for me?
