It is a fic about Wilson dreaming, and I think it was a "5 Times-" story. So maybe it's called "5 Times Wilson Had A Dream", but perhaps not.

I remember one of those stories in particular, where Wilson gets operated in the MRI room by Cuddy whilst he's awake, but House comes in and claims that they have to go get something to eat right away. So Wilson follows him, open tummy and everything, and they buy burritos and clink them like glasses.

Anyone know of any fics where Wilson cheats on House, and feels really bad about it? Extra points if House just dosn't immediatly forgive him like in most fics.
