Wilson is a gynaecologist who specializes on, I think "hysteria" is what it was called in the fic, and who is new in town. House, who's a doctor as well,becomes friends with him, soon.

It's a really good fic that teaches you a lot about how medicine worked back then.

Oh, and there's H/W, too.
