Months ago I've been asking for a the following fic, I'll mention it here because if somebody finds it you'll probably want to read it, too:
Wilson notices that House dissappears every once in a while, just to return without explanation and bringing weird things with him like pipes and deerstalker hats or something of that kind. It has something to do with a gate in House's apartement that transferes you from one 221B to another 221B in Baker's Street in another dimension.
