Looking For a fic

I'm not sure I posted on this before. If I did, I am dreadfully sorry. :(
I am looking for a fic - literally turning myself into a pretzel to find it. House is supposedly going crazy and people need to hold him down, and then his MRI shows he's really angry and he got it from tainted Vicodin. It was really awesome, I'd love to read it again.
My second thing is I'm looking for dom!Wilson or dom!Wilson. *blushes* If the two are together, well, cookies for you! I also like jerk!Wilson, because everyone acts like House is so bad. Mom's like, "He's so rude" and I'm melting into my seat "His eyes are so blue!" therefore, I will always be on House's side.

Pictures, anyway. I need some reference pics of Wilson for a super-sekrit art project. I've been through about 800 screencaps and I can't seem to find what I need. I know that many of you have made a career of collecting and studying Wilson pics. Can anyone help me out? It would be very greatly appreciated.

What I need, specifically, are pictures that are:
1. straight on: so he's facing the camera or 3/4 is also okay (turned slightly to the left or right)
2. full body (preferably with sweatshirt)
3. close-up of face, with Wilson preferably looking up, and looking put-upon, looking depressed, or some other combination of sad Wilson expression
