Urgent Help Requested

Hey guys, I'm teaching a class on House this semester (we meet once a week, they get credit, I get credit for teaching, I love my college) and I'm looking for a vid of HL's SECOND Golden Globe acceptance speech in which he thanks Robert Sean Leonard but I can't find it on YouTube ANYWHERE.  I could only find the first.

Any help?  Thanks.
