Please Help?

I've begun working on next month's calendars already and have a few very different styles to offer.  But I need everyone's help for one of them.

Please give me icons :)

Each day of the month will be a different House/Wilson icon, so I need 31 icons and I thought it would be best if I used good ones that you all like instead of the horrible ones I've made in the past (there's a reason I stick to calendars and wallpapers!).  I'd really prefer to get 42 icons (depending on date format, May has 6 weeks), but am  happy for any help I can get =)

All icon creators will get credit for their work, so please offer icons you've made or provide me the creator's name so I can get their permission to include them.

I really appreciate everyone's support for the calendar's I've made so far and this next month's icon calendar is my way to let everyone include something they'd like to see.

House/Wilson fic referencing Holmes/Watson

I read this pre-slash (kind of fluffy?) fic where House and Wilson discuss Holmes and Watson, but I don't remember what it was called so I'm having trouble finding it again. 

House and Wilson are in House's office (or on the balcony) discussing Sherlock Holmes and his relationship with Watson. House remarks that Holmes and Watson were a couple by (he names the title of a book, but I don't remember).

Near the end of the fic, House says that Holmes and Watson didn't risk their lives and reputations just for sex (earlier, House had somewhat jokingly implied that it was just sex).

Hello.
I remember reading a fiction, a long time ago. I cant remember the title, but I somehow want it to be "Read between the lines" or "written between the lines" or something like that.
I know I also read "One step closer Apart" at the same time. They might be written in the same time.
Anyway, The plot is something like Wilson wants House to open up to him, and House dares not give anything away, afraid Wilson will see through him and know his amourus feelings. I remember they were outside, walking by this sports thing. Lacrossefield maybe?
It may have been a 3 part story, and I know it was very angsty and beautifully written.
Anyone know this story?

sorry to be nuisance, guys, i've lost a fiiiiiiiic.

read it quite some time ago... wilson goes deaf, don't remember much details as to the how. but house n wilson use sign language to communicate? but it's sorta they're own kind of sign language... they visit wilson's parents? uh, is this ringin' any bells? i think it was popular... not sure. i swear this exists...?! hope i'm not goin' mad. now i'm totally questioning myself. oh man.
