First Time Fic

It's a first time fic, one shot. It's either Christmas time or House's birthday and Cameron gives House a silver tie.  House doesn't care for it (obviously). I don't remember the rest of the events leading up to this, but House and Wilson have sex for the first time (at House's place) and House uses the tie to tie Wilson to the bed. 

I remember the ending being something like "they found a use for Cameron's gift after all."

I've written a ~20,000 word House/NCIS crossover and I need a beta for characterization in both fandoms--someone picky would be preferable, this has been my pet project for a while, and I'd like to get it to be as good and IC as possible. Spoilers for "Simple Explanation" in the House 'verse
