Epic Piss/Crotch Bridge?

This'll seem like a strange request, but does anyone have a pic/know the episode where House, Wilson, and Cuddy are all in her office and there's some weird arching glass rod that makes it look like Wilson is taking an epic piss on House or like there's a bridge going to Wilson's crotch...?

I don't know what made me think about it today, but it made me bust out laughing.
