Does anybody remember a story where Wilson wrote a book, and all the women of the hospital kept debating over which one of them he fastened the female lead on? The characters name was Hope, and House was the only one that knew she was based off of him.

Ok folks, very specific fic request: I read it recently which means it was in a recent request here or it was on Grabbing His Cane recently... I think...

House and Wilson are in their apartment and the inevitable smexiness ensues. I remember the sex being incredibly hot and it started with them in front of their fireplace (fake fire but effective) and ended up in bed (of course!). The word that springs to mind is 'Inevitable'. It may be the title, or not... I know inevitability is the strongest theme. It's a recent fic 'cause they were already sharing their new apartment.
