How Do I Filter My Friends Page?

I want to filter my Friends page so that all of my friends and most of my communities show up, but not ALL of them (communities, I mean).  It seems that the only default is communities only, which means I'd miss a lot of individual posts.  Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone!

I'm fairly new to the fandom and have read a few fics but as with anyone coming into a well established fandom I'm having a hard time sorting the good from the bad.
I've checked out topaz_eyes's rec list but it was so huge I didn't even know where to start. @_@

So, I'll just be very broad with my search and ask for any of those classic fics that you know and love. Those fics that you've read and re-read and still love and would recommend to a poor n00b as being a truly good read. 
I hope I'm not being too ambitious with this post, any recommendations are welcome, H/W especially. Thanks!

I just re-watched House's Head & Wilson's Heart and am bawling my eyes out all over again. Can anyone recommend some flirty, fluffy, or otherwise cheery fics? I need a serious pick-me-up.
