I got a mental glimpse of a story I once read and now I'd like to re-read it. Please help me.

The glimpse was House and Wilson rutting around on the couch in House's apartment when they suddenly realized that unlike previous encounters, this was real sex. I assume that was opposed to light-contact sports that could be written off as "helping out a friend" or some such nonsense.

If I had to guess, this might have taken place during that Christmas multi-part from a couple years back where House and Wilson slept together once a year, on Christmas. (Which I also don't know where to find that.) Or it could be something completely different.

Sound familiar to anyone?
