Searching for a Fic: Wilson left the bathroom door open....

 I'm looking for a fic that's several years old now, probably from the first few seasons of the show (2006-2007?). It's a multi-chaptered, R or NC-17 fic that begins with Wilson leaving the bathroom door open while he is, er, enjoying himself in front of the mirror, and House walks in and helps him out. Neither of them talk about it, and it leads to a series of sexual favors that they also don't talk about. At the end of the fic, Wilson finally confronts House (or it could be the other way around) about what they are doing. What I remember most from that conversation is Wilson admitting to House that he may have left the bathroom door open on purpose. 

Does this ring a bell for anyone? I've Googled until I can't Google anymore, and still no luck.
