Desperately looking for a fic

I am a long time lurker and fan of all the recommendations on this site. Today I am coming to you with a request. I was sure I had saved this fic but I am not finding it anywhere. I believe it was set in the Sidewinder universe by BETZ88 but have not had any luck finding it. House and Wilson go to another hospital, I thought in Phoenix. House ends up getting implanted with these little balls of electrodes or something. I remember the high tech monitoring, and the music, and I believe the dog was also living with these things inside him from a crushed hip?. I know the dog ends up dying and they worry for House's health. I know that description is all over the place but someone has got to know what I'm talking about. Please??
