Ok, this should be easy. House is a jerk and Wilson suffers, (House can realise at the end, feel bad and comfort Wilson, or not). Can be a death/suicide!fic, friendship, slash, all is good to me.

Irreversible (http://kribban.livejournal.com/230445.html) is a little different, but nonetheless a great and truly original story. Very disturbing too. And yes, I do have a love for fics that show how screwed up they are.
