I wonder, are there any H/W fics where House finds out that Wilson was the victim of a sexual assault in the past or that he's being harrassed? I just read hwshipper's "Dr Hannibal Lecher" and it made me crave more X)

Believe it or not I was just also going to rec Rough Justice, but was beaten to it. House finds out in the sequel, Tender Mercies (linked at the bottom of Rough Justice).
