That's one of those things that I'm surprised to not see around fandom, given the amount of pee on the show and House's willingness to self-cath. He isn't exactly the kind of guy not to at least try something just once, especially if it's kind of weird, involves the body, and may result in pleasure.

Methinks a medical-kink challenge may be in order. Caths, sounding, prostate massage, and electrical stimulation, anyone?
