looking for a story

Hey all. Was hoping you might be able to help. I'm looking for a story (I think it was fairly long) in which House and Wilson end up in a relationship. All I mainly remember is at the end House goes to an anathesiologist who puts him on a new pain management program that includes something for the nausea and something else besides pain. When Wilson asks what the new dr put him on and House tells him, he feels guilty for not thinking of that himself and blames himself for House's pain. House tells not to even think about blaming himself.
Help please. I really enjoyed the story but can't remember the name or author and would like to read it again.
