Well, I had such great luck here last time I thought I'd try again! Searching for either a post vogler or post tritter story. I can't remember which one. Either way, Wilson is driving House home and House admits that he is tired and Wilson knows what it takes for House to tell him that. And House sort of apologizes to Wilson in a roundabout way. Also, Wilson holds his hand and House tells him he won't be able to shift gears and wilson says that he likes taht gear. They also talk about how they slept together once but both pretended like it didn't happen the next day but they both really wanted it. I think either house or wilson says they don't know what to do and the other kisses him. Ringing any bells?
