It's late at night and House can't solve a case. Then House (I think) uses the key to the oncology lounge, goes in there and tries to take a nap on the sofa. (I don't know if he masturbates while thinking of Wilson or not. I don't remember). Later Wilson comes in, sees House, they have hot sex and fall asleep together on the oncology lounge sofa.  (There's more to it than that, but that's all that I remember).

I remember the last sentence was something similar to "Wilson woke up with a hard-on and House cured that as well."
