angst/vulnerability? placebo?

I'm looking for a fic where either House is in a vulnerable state and he gets into an argument with Wilson, and ends up admitting how he really feels. Or the other way around with Wilson being vulnerable, but I'd prefer House since he's hardly ever vulnerable.

Also, I was wondering if there are any song fics by Placebo that is Hilson. I've currently gotten back into my obsession for the band, and I think there are a lot of good songs that make me think of their relationship. (Post Blue, Running Up That Hill being a couple of them).

Any other angst filled stories with fighting/spanking/hitting/S&M type stuff is what I'm looking for. Lot's of violence, drama, and smex. I ask no mpreg because it scares me, lol, and no stories writing in first person please, but other than that I'm down for anything.
