I can help give a little more info though, cause I think you might have some things mixed up.
Wilson is going to a conference, and Cuddy makes House go with him in an attempt to get them to work things out. She doesn't go, House is going in her place. There is a mix up with the rooms (should be 2, but only 1). To be romantic, House orders them lobster dinners.
