All I can remember is that as a young person Wilson tried to commit suicide by
jumping off a bridge.  I think House and Wilson were at Wilson parents house
when Wilson was telling his story.

Oh yeah. If you are talking about 'Almost Unnameable Lust' I read this
and the alternate ending. Good story.
However what I am looking for is House and Wilson at in
Wilson's childhood room and I think he was telling House about his earlier life
angst. Wilson said he did jump from a bridge but landed in hospital instead of dead.
