Looking for a House/Wilson mpreg fic. It starts with House chatting with a girl who has died - one of Wilson's patients, I think. Not sure if it was in a dream or a vision, but I think I remember it happening on his balcony. Anyway, she says she's going to give him something. He turns out to become pregnant, and it's obviously a high-risk pregnancy, since it's happening outside a womb and amongst his other internal organs. House's team doesn't know, though they notice he has started gaining a little weight and wearng baggy clothes. House has been unsure whether he wants a pregnancy/baby, but then one day he's walking down the hall with his team and has a bad fall. He is in a lot of pain and repeats to himself, "please don't let her die." He writes letters and seals them in envelopes for her to read at certain points in her life, in the event that he dies in childbirth (specific birthdays, first date, first car, marriage, etc.). He leaves some for Wilson too, and I clearly remember he labeled one envelope "Her Name" so Wilson can name the baby if House dies. Her name turns out to be exactly the same as the ghost who gifted him with this situation, and in the last scene she gives him a little grief for copying her exact name.

It's one of the few mpreg fics that left a lasting impression on me, but I can't think of the right search terms to find it. Help? May have been here on LJ or on FF.
