Anyway, I don't know about a fic that actually has House and Wilson in the Tardis, but my favourite House/Who crossover is The Doctors (http://dw-cross.livejournal.com/3918.html) - Rose gets sick and Jack and Nine have to take her to the hospital. Simple set-up, but great and hilarious execution with spot-on character voices.
