Looking for a ficlet

I remember reading a short fic a while ago, probably titled "The reel/real world" where House and Wilson somehow end up in our world (ie, where House is a TV show), and I'd like to fnd it again. I think it was linked from the House/Wilson LJcomm a few months ago. Any help would be appreciated!
