And taiga13 is right. Wilson being the dominant one is...well, kind of canon.
In "Mirror Mirror" (in Season 4), House has a patient with Mirror Syndrome that mirrors the personality traits of the most dominant person in the room. House walked with the patient into the OR and the patient began imitating Wilson.
Then, later on, Wilson says to House "I'm in charge of our relationship."
