House and Wilson are the only two in the elevator. They're in there for a while, trying to figure out what happened; smoke starts filtering in, they're not sure if they should try to open the door to get out or if they're stuck between floors and opening the door will let in more smoke and fire, etc. They do eventually get out, and, I think, help with the wounded. I can't remember if there's any slash element to it.
