The first one was actually House picking up a guy and almost getting strangled with Wilson finding him. Wilson didn't think House was into guys. It was 'At the Spectra' by Pgrabia which was one of my faves but it looks like she deleted all copies :( If you happen to have someone point you toward a link to it, please let me know.
