Misunderstanding

I'm looking for a fic in which House and Wilson go to a conference or something, where they kinda get together. Then, on the airport while they're waiting for their flight, House thinks Wilson doesn't really want a relationship and vice versa, so they break up again. By a misunderstanding.
When they're back at work Cuddy finds House in his office, trying to forget the pain of the break up by ramming his fists on his thigh or something.
That's all I remember, and it has a happy ending, I believe. Does anyone else know it?

I just finished reading The Open Road by Pun for the first time and it was so good! Are there any more out there even remotely like that? They go on a road trip or House asks Wilson to move in or they go to the carnival or Wilson does the things that House can't do (like moonbounce) so that House can feel like he's doin' it or....I don't know. lol.

Well, I haven't read Hilson fics for quite a long time now and since the final of season 6 freaked me out a little, I'm looking for fics set in "the good old days". I'd prefer stories dealing with vicodin or leg pain (yeah, sometimes I'm a sucker for suffering!House...), first time fics would be awesome :D

Its a first-time story, Wilson goes to a conference in New Orleans without House, and he's miserable, bored and can only think of having House there and that being in NO without him is almost a betrayal or such. He ends up getting Houses intials tattooed on either his ass or hip(certainly that region, fairly certain its on his back rather than front) in heavy bold type, is mortified but figures its easily hidden until he can have it removed. But he keeps 'forgetting' to make an appt for removal, or cancelling and in the end he just leaves it.
Finally House and he get together, of course House sees the tatt, and asks about it. sexy time ensues, so Im pretty sure its a happy ending.
Hopefully thats detailed enough for someone to remember! I just havent a clue as to the title or the writer to try a search, so I lay my hope at your feet!
