So I just got done reading "How Not to be Boring" By Fourleggedfish http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4961329/1/ which is 40 chapters of greatness and am now wondering if you can recommend something similar.

I have read many many fanfics on LJ but mainly shorter ones. So I wanted to know if there are any other multi chapter epic ones like that? I like them to be House/Wilson slash (either established relationship or getting together) and I like it be in character (no AU's or crack fics.) Also, I love it if it includes a bit of saucy smut! ;-)

Any recommendations???

Anything containing fluff is good.
I really like fics where Wilson leaves his wife for House. Or where they knew each other beforehand. Or where they call each other petnames like 'baby', 'sweetheart' etc.

I'd love for it to be slash H/W. I've read Evening of the Day by Nakanna Lee and now I'm hooked on the concept.
However, I'm having a difficult time finding more fic like this one. Long fic would be amazing, but I doubt that there are any.

Also another request is a H/W story with a lot of visual detail and them being as in character as possible. If you read any of Nakanna Lee's fics you'd know what I mean. It can be angsty or disturbing,(I don't squick easily, lol) but it has to have a happy or uplifting ending please.

hi everyone. while i have watched house on and off for years, i am pretty new to the h/w world (thanks to "out of the chute"). i have been loving the recommendations, so thank you. i've gone back at least a year with the "previous 20" tab and have caught up quite a bit, but i especially love established relationship fics where they've had a physical relationship since the beginning. i'm in love with hwshipper's "20 years" and also loved "my favorite year" and "i remember, don't you?". any others i've missed? i love long fics where you get to know the characters but short is fine too. thanks!

I think I've finally come to terms with the fact that House loves Cuddy. But I still hate her guts. XD

So, can I have a fic where Cuddy breaks House's heart and Wilson puts it back together again? I'm in the mood for a long fic, but short ones work okay, too.

...So new, in fact, to House/Wilson that I disgust even myself. I really don't know why I never tried slash before, but now that I have, it's kind of hysterically awesome, because I can revisit every single fandom that I thought I'd milked dry and start anew my search for fics that speak to my heart. (And of course, now I know all about these mystical things called "rec communities" and everything is just so much easier...)

This is the only (and regrettably so) House/Wilson fic I've ever read: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4584614/1/The_Banquet.

What I most enjoy in fics is UST and length. Angst and jealousy is always super-fun as long as it's resolved in a manner that hopefully doesn't involve death and years of loneliness. Lol: basically, a nice, fun read that gets you invested in the main characters. I'm sure that's what most people enjoy, isn't it?

Sex is tricky. Cos when it doesn't happen I clamor for it do so, but once it does, I always feel slightly anxious, like I'm scared the whole story is going to become a revolving door of sex scenes (which, by all means, is quite fun if that's what you're in the mood for. I just...sometimes I'm in the mood for PWP, and sometimes I'm not, y'know? )...and also, UST and build-up is personally more satisfying for me than the happy/sexy times after a couple has gotten together. Lol, I guess I'm kind of a sadist that way. So I guess this is kind of cliche, but maybe one of those long reads that ends in a glorious sex scene - and then the story ends - kind of thing? Something that just kind of leaves you wanting more but at the same time you know it stopped in a good place?

(Or you know, you could always just rec me a shameless piece of PWP. There's a 110% chance I'd read it.)

Also: jealous!House sounds nice. So does first-time. And I'm certainly not averse to Alternate Universes.

So I used to be an avid reader in this fandom and I especially loved house/wilson. I just recently came back in the fandom and (after seeing it recommended on this lovely comm) I just finished reading Already Spring. Can anyone recommend some classic long and plot-filled house/wilson written in the last 2-3 years.

I prefer for wilson to be more often the bottom than house but it is not necessary.

Hi you guys! I've been looking for this fic all morning - and I really really can't find it, so I'm hoping you'll know what I'm talking about. It was pretty long and it involved House leaving Princeton without telling Wilson and ending up living in a small town, in the same house with a woman & her two kids. He gets attached to the kids - helps out with groceries or smth - and then Wilson shows up...
Anyone know what I'm talking about? :D

I'm currently looking for two types of fics:
One: I really am curious to see if there are any stories where House has/had a funny uncle. And by funny uncle, I mean uh... a "funny uncle". Angst or Hurt/Comfort is most appreciated. (House/Wilson is appreciated even more!!)
Two: I really love long fics that shows relationship developments. I'm really fond of the subtle changes over time from friendship to love. House/Wilson is my favorite pairing (OTP) lol.

I've got a pretty simple request. I'm looking for any recent stories, maybe written December-now? I'd really prefer some longer stories, I've been reading a lot of one-shots and would like a change. I'm obviously looking for H\W slash but I'll also settle for H\W strong friendship.
Doesn't matter if it's humor or angst, if there's deathfic or even if *gulp* Cameron shows up in the story!

I'd also really prefer stories that are up to the current season but, again, it's not a requirement. I just really want some new stories!

This is my last attempt to find good House/Wilson fanfiction. I'm starting seriously to lose interest in the fandom because I can't find anything to read.

I'm looking for a GOOD House/Wilson story. Meaning; with a plot that is not the romance, in character and preferably long. Although I can't imagine how it's possible to build a plot with less than 10000 words.

Hi y'all,

I need to find a fic quickly, so I really need your help! It was a very long, well-written one, featuring Wilson's LLB who was dying of cancer and in Wilson's care, I think. It was all rather humorous, and all the while (after the LLB lets slip that Wilson's at least bi) House pours all his (very cunning) efforts into conquering Wilson.

Other details I remember (that appear somewhat chronologically in the fic):

Something about bridges? And a poem/book?
Wilson's brother has got a boyfriend (who Wilson had a thing with when he was young)
House and Wilson go to that club, Liza With A Z, where they 'accidentally' meet Cuddy
Wilson's family shows up
Someone is dressed up like a pirate *g*
House and Wilson have lunch with both their mothers
House and Wilson make out in the hospital showers
House pushes Wilson into a lake (again, something with the bridge)
... and on another notion: it was a .pdf

Please help? It has been driving me absolutely crazy!

Hey all! I'm a fairly new member but I'm definitely not new to House and to House\Wilson.

I've been a fan of the show since the later part of season 1 (and a H\W shipper for at least 3 seasons now) but never really bothered with fan fiction. Only discussions, fan art, and just squeeing in general. I don't know where my mind was, not reading fanfic all these years.
Well, after the last episode I decided to put right what is an obvious wrong and start browsing for nice slashy fics.
Obviously there's ffnet but are there actually any House fanfic sites out there? Especially catered to us H\W shippers? Can you recommend any multi-chap fics? I'm giving anything a shot really but I'm really looking for them discovering each other that way and the repercussions of it at PPTH (good or bad).

Oooh, I'm also looking for any hurt\comfort pieces that focus on a bad day with House's leg. Multi-chap or one-shot, doesn't matter! I'm definitely not picky as long as the story is well written :)

Hello wonderful people! =D

Still pretty new to House fanfiction, I was wondering if you guys could rec me some cool long ass House/Wilson fics. I've only read "A Modest Proposal" and "Love The One You're With" so far. Can be slash or friendship, both are cool with me.

Few things I would rather not come across: Huddy, Amber bashing, mean Wilson, overly victimized or overly sensitive House, very tragic ending (unless the fic is exceptionally good), too much 00Cness and too much AU (the one from Modest Proposal is cool, I just don't want them like in a different time period or being cops instead of doctors).

Hi, I am new to fandom (but saw the show since it started) and I just got back into reading fanfic since years ago, and thought I'd give House/Wilson fic a try! So, here goes...

-Any really good, in-character H/W fic that is fairly long (not just a drabble) where they are in a relationship or like in the show have UST
-Anything over-the-top angsty, dealing with House's pain, relationship problems, anything that is missing scenes from the Mayfield hospital, or anything where House is taking Cutner's suicide especially hard.
-This may sound harsh, but I like to read the most descriptive and gritty HC out there. I like rape/non-con (even if it's House taking Wilson without consent), really dark kinky sex, suicidal/depressed/self-injury/etc., drug abuse, even deathfic.

Any recs are greatly appreciated! :)
