House/Wilson Requests and Recs

Hello All, 

I'm looking for two fics I lost when my harddrive died this summer.  I'll try to outline as best as I remember them:

1) the first was set after the mid-point of season three (which I still haven't seen but know the gist of) where Wilson is really upset with House after Christmas (new years?) and his stunt --- House is facing a court case over his behaviour and Wilson finds this tint in the law or something that means if he and House get married then Tritter (sp?) will lose his case or never had a case or something.  So House and Wilson get married before they are actually 'together', slowly get together, then win the court case (I think) without really having needed to get married all.  It's a long fic, wonderfully done, and I have no idea what it was called or who wrote it.

2) all I remember of this shorter fic is that House ends up following Wilson to his couple's counselling session with Julie and Wilson and House take over the meeting and start white-boarding Wilson's married difficulties.  Julie spitefully adds "repressed homosexuality" to the list after Wilson says "maybe we're just not compatible" and House backs him up, saying to Julie that this is how they solve problems - they lay out all the possibilies, and Wilson adds "even those that are not likely" . 

Found!  It's - actually it doesn't have a title.  But in my head I call it "Counselling" by alex51324.  Found by the awesome duo delphinapterus and paraoptomistic.  Very good - go read!
