Fic Search...?!?!

I'm looking for a fic that I read not too long ago that was established House/Wilson.  

Wilson and House own a house together, not too far from Taub's house.  And the fellows show up at House's front door due to a patient, and I think Wilson answer's the door.  House is dragged off to the hospital.  I don't remember what happens after that.  But at the end of the fic, Wilson shows up with some kind of dessert, that was made by Taub's wife, for House and the fellows.

Any help would be appreciated.
