I read an AU fic a while back in which either Wilson or House has a somewhat unorthodox method of healing people. The other one hears about it - maybe from a patient - and drops by. It was incomplete and somewhat short when I first read it, but it may be longer now.

I know that there are at least two authors who do this, but I don't know who they are.
