looking for a story

Hey all. Was hoping you might be able to help. I'm looking for a story (I think it was fairly long) in which House and Wilson end up in a relationship. All I mainly remember is at the end House goes to an anathesiologist who puts him on a new pain management program that includes something for the nausea and something else besides pain. When Wilson asks what the new dr put him on and House tells him, he feels guilty for not thinking of that himself and blames himself for House's pain. House tells not to even think about blaming himself.
Help please. I really enjoyed the story but can't remember the name or author and would like to read it again.

i'm looking for a fic that i read a while back... it had Wilson in a prison being tortured... i remember him in an underground 'hole' eating cheese sandwiches. I think the author was night dog barks (or writes)... but i'm not 100% sure... anyone remember this?

I'm looking for war AU fics. I've read elicia8's Goodnight My Love (and love it to pieces) and was wondering if there are any more. Has anyone else written any WWII, Korean Conflict, or Vietnam war stories involving our House and Wilson?
