Prompt Tables/Fic Request

This is probably a bit off topic and maybe the wrong place to ask this, but who knows. I'm writing fics for all of the "Joy of Gay Sex" prompts at houseonmywilson and would like to put a prompt table in my journal so they are easy to keep track of and all of that good stuff. Does anyone know how to do that?


And to make this somewhat in topic, I would love to read some jealous!House fics. Ive been reading this lovely jealous!Wilson fic by lana_ftw and want to see House be the jealous one. Thanks!!

I don't know how a prompt table is different to any other table, so correct me if I'm saying something wrong - you just have to make a table and put the links to your story in, I guess.
