I haven't read a lot of brutal Wilson, but I'd def. recommend Irreversible by Kribban.

Do you mean physically or emotionally? I've read some with emotional callousness that borders on abuse, but far fewer with physical brutality.

I echo deelaundry's question: emotionally or physically?

I wrote Atonement, in which Wilson, against his will but by request, hits House. Though you might want to read Unbroken Tension and Confession for context.

There's also Irreversible, in which Wilson hurts House in a terrible, yet horrendously believable, way.
