Okay, so I keep hearing people talk about a House/Wilson roadtrip...I'm a bit of a newbie, so can anyone explain this tidbit to me?

Also, thoughts on the preview for next week's episode? And what it's going to mean for our favorite boys? *has a seizure*

I'm pretty sure Katie Jacobs was the one who mentioned this, and I'm also pretty sure that she said it had something to do with House's past. I wish I could find that spoiler again, but as I freaked out over it when I first read it, I'm pretty sure that's close to what was said.

Did you read that recent interview with Lisa Edelstein? She mentioned that the first part of Season 5 deals with the H/W friendship
