Okay, so I keep hearing people talk about a House/Wilson roadtrip...I'm a bit of a newbie, so can anyone explain this tidbit to me?

I'm pretty sure Katie Jacobs was the one who mentioned this, and I'm also pretty sure that she said it had something to do with House's past. I wish I could find that spoiler again, but as I freaked out over it when I first read it, I'm pretty sure that's close to what was said.
