[livejournal.com profile] aris_writing has an entire Alternate Universe where BDSM is the standard sexuality, called the "Directed'verse series" in this fic list (http://aris-writing.livejournal.com/13156.html). House is the dom of all doms, and Wilson is a sub trying to make it in a dom's world. The actual House/Wilson sex happens in the last story in the list ("Stop the World...") but the rest of the stories are very much worth a read to understand the 'verse -- it makes the sex in "Stop the World" hotter.
