Cast Away parallels?

Did anyone ever write anything on the Cast Away parallels of the two Wilsons? I would like to read something like that (as long as it's H/W oriented).

Remember the scene where Noland throws Wilson out of the cave? Then he's all "meh, I'm better off without you", before going all hysterical "Wilson? WILSON" and runs after him and tries to find him, then he brings him back into the cave. I mean, how many times didn't we see this on House? House pushing Wilson away, thinking he won't need him, then the despair and going through lenghts to get Wilson back.

Noland: "are we ok?" Sounds familiar? House: "are we ok?"

Soo... anyone know of anything like that?

Or maybe just a fic of House and Wilson watching Castaway and feeling awkward because of the parallel... and it somehow leading to a first time...

I wrote a sad little 100 word drabble like 3 years ago. Definitely not what you are probably looking for, but here ya go anyway lol:

*Thump, thwack*

*Thump, thwack*

*Thump, crash*

Wilson paused his writing, sighed, and frowned at his wall. His medical books were doing a little jig. He slapped his pen down in annoyed disgust.

Wilson entered House’s office, seeking out the source of the steady *thump, thwacks* that had been pounding for the past 10 minutes. “A volleyball?”

House caught the ball as it bounced back to him.

“New play toy?”

“Yeah. Want to head over to the lab and find some blood for me?”

“Why?” Wilson took the bait.

“I’m going to name him Wilson. It needs to look the part.”
