I remember somebody asked this once, and there was only one story that almost but not quite fits the criteria.

House tried to not eat as much because of the fear of getting moobs, and Wilson gets worried because House doesn't steal his food.

I don't have the link t the fic, but whoever reads this, do you know what I'm talking about?
