Just FYI - 24 would be young for getting out of med school. Typical ages in the US are 18 graduating high school, 22 graduating college, 26 or older graduating med school (it's a four-year program, and some people don't go straight from college to med school but some do).
Then again my good friend finished high school at 17 (skipped a grade in elementary school) and college at 20 (got a full year's credit for AP courses taken in high school) without being a super-genius, so I guess 24 isn't too crazy.
