Canon Question: Wilson during infarction & length of time known eachother

Two quick questions based on the TV episodes:

1. Are there any clues or information on where Wilson was while House had the infarction and was in the hospital? (Does even Wilson helping him through rehab etc get mentioned?) I just re-watched 3 stories last night but didn't see any mention there.

2. Has it ever been said how long House and Wilson have known each other?

ah but there is no indication that they were inseparably together since then either :) it's an interesting hole that people can write if they chose to.
