Canon Question: Wilson during infarction & length of time known eachother

Two quick questions based on the TV episodes:

1. Are there any clues or information on where Wilson was while House had the infarction and was in the hospital? (Does even Wilson helping him through rehab etc get mentioned?) I just re-watched 3 stories last night but didn't see any mention there.

2. Has it ever been said how long House and Wilson have known each other?

I wish they told us more too! I mean it wouldn't have taken but 2 lines for one of the team to ask Wilson where he was during that time! Thanks for pointing out that detail! :)
