...I'm not sure about the crossover one, but I've read a fic was Wilson on the bus instead of Amber, but kinda forgot where I read them.. I think it should be on HouseWilson LJ... somewhere hidden under the "post wilson's heart" or something like that.. not sure .. so sorry I can't help :(
