searching for a first time fic involving motorcycle, motel

Pretty sure the fic involves House and Wilson heading off somewhere on the motorcycle.

And they end up staying in a motel or something.  And have to share a small bed so have to be pressed up against each other.  And they get friendly, of course.

And then they depart without talking about it much, if at all, on the motorcycle.

Or something like that.  

For what it's worth, I'm also happy to hear about other first time fics that involve road trips or hotel/motel stays.  It's just been driving me crazy that I can't find this one and I suspect it's some obvious thing I should be able to find.
