Wilson's Heart

I'm hoping to find a fic where House, after the deep brain stimulation, manages to save Amber. But, after saving her, dies due some procedure's complications!
I want some severely guilty Wilson!!!!

(A fic with with both, House and Amber, dying wouldn't be the worst thing!)
