Finding canon information

Hi,

I'm writing a short short piece about Wilson's words to House, and need a few moments when Wilson has said something to try and help House, e.g. 'you need to cut back your vicodin intake', etc. Ideally sounding caring, but I'm aware that Wilson often just lectures. I know what kind of thing I want and can almost but not quite hear it, but I really want it to be actual lines from canon and I don't have time to go through and watch all the episodes (much as I would love to)!

Also; if anyone could spare a few minutes to read it over and help me fit it into 100 words, I would be grateful, but this is not as necessary as the first request.

The first thing that comes to mind is their final conversation in 'Detox', waaay back in S1.

Mm, 'Detox' could have many moments.

I can't quite find one that fits from the end section, but loved the bit where Wilson comes in because Cuddy says House might need a friend.

Thanks for the input, I wouldn't have got that one (or spent an enjoyable 1/2 hour re-reading the episode!) :)

Mmm. I thought of that scene, but got confused and thought he said 'baby steps'... turns out that was House saying it to Wilson, so thanks for making me double check :D I think "start small" works well for me.
